Hair is our "medium" - it's the material that we work with to create our art. Just as a sculptor needs to have an understanding of the properties of clay, bronze or wood… so too must our staff understand the basic properties of hair. With a grounded knowledge of this information, we are empowered to make your experience at Jerilyn & Company Hair Color Design exceptional!

Level System

At Jerilyn & Company we are on a level pricing system, entry level through level 4A. What this means is that while all of the stylists are striving to achieve the highest level of service for everyone that comes into the salon through education & principles, you as a guest have the opportunity to choose the stylist that will fit your personal budget. The number level of a particular stylist is determined by how long the stylist has worked at Jerilyn & Company & is based on their goals & achievements.

The level system is offered at Jerilyn & Company so that each individual stylist that chooses to be an employee here has the opportunity to define, manage, & expedite their own career growth in this wonderful beauty industry. If you are interested in this career opportunity please call us for more information.

Jerilyn & Company Hair Color & Design recently had a visit from Redken Education Artistic Director Sam Villa

Sam guided the staff through a full day, hands-on workshop. New cutting techniques and quick techniques to amplify the cut, along with hints on creating a finished look from subtle to outrageous were demonstrated. Villa is an international platform artist who was voted the number one educator from behindthechair.com, one of the best recognized online sources of information for the beauty and salon industries.
