Recently, Jerilyn and Company
Haircolor & Design was again endowed with another
educational event of a lifetime.
Redken Fifth Avenue chose Jerilyn &
Company & honored them for their dedication, motivation,
& staunch commitment to education in hair. Dennis
Gebhart a prestigious hair colorist visited the stylists
in their salon & offered a full day hands on experience
with an emphasis on the chemistry of hair color & color
correction. Gebhart is an instructor at the Redken Fifth
Avenue Exchange in New York City. His southern
California salon, Gebhart International, was recognized
by Glamour magazine as one of the top salons in America
for hair color. Gebhart International is the brainchild
of his diverse talents in the professional salon
industry. He has been awarded the title of National
Hairstylist of the Year & is the recipient of the
Japanese Silver Medallist in Hair Design. Gebhart is an
in demand stylist & consultant for many celebrities such
as Jennifer Aniston & Hillary Swank.
When the day of
education was over, Jerilyn felt that the Company was a
representation of “Newport the Friendliest”. We made a
lasting friendship with Dennis. He fell in love with
Newport & plans to come back on a vacation soon.
